Senegal - December 2018
There are two subspecies of Striped Kingfisher. The nominate form is found found south of the Sahara, from southern Mauritania into Senegambia and eastward to Ethiopia and South Africa. The framegrabs shown here were recorded in Senegal during December 2018 - video link.
