Spur-winged Goose - Plectropterus gambensis gambensis
The Gambia - November 2018
The range of this subspecies of Spur-winged Goose extends from Senegambia in the west to Ethiopia, south to Angola. There are two subspecies, the other is found farther south. The video framegrabs shown here are from a recording made in The Gambia during November 2018 - video link.
